They fired most of management, and left the whole thing in one set of deeply deeply incapable hands. Now everyone left is being used, abused, and craped upon. If they can take advantage of you, they will, and they'll drop you in a heart beat,

Where do I even start with this company. I was hired as an account manager and explicitly told them during my interview process that I hadn't done this specific job in the past and needed a lot of training. My training was cut incredibly short due to unforseen circumstances with my trainer. After that I spent a month and half not receiving work or training and needing to beg for something to do. I had a direct manager who couldn't have cared less about me needing help and only ever contacted me when she had something to yell at me about. On multiple occassions I was berated for doing things wrong but no one ever stepped in to help me fix things or learn. Also when I was hired I was told I had to be in office 3 days a week to learn from people just to find out I was the only one who was forced to go in the office and no one else was ever there. After 11 months they told me I was being put on a performance plan despite no discussions about my performance prior to that. When I told them that no one had said anything the response I got from the VP of our department was "didn't you pick up on the hints". There were so many other awful things that I went through in the short time I was with this company. If you value your mental health do not get a job here.
