Pros

Daily tasks were challenging at times but balanced as to not be too stressful for an extended period Management was honest when they had to be but not stressful to work with Company retreats (every couple of years) were enjoyable Work hours were fairly flexible

Cons

At times the situation almost seemed to be too relaxed and quality slid through the cracks Team was a little more isolated from the rest of the company Compensation was a little under-par in comparison to that of other companies

Pros

- Work from home - 401k matching - Can take up to three weeks off

Cons

In the CS department, no one knows what they're doing. Due to layoffs and turnover, a lot of internal knowledge is gone. Unfortunately, the documentation that is available is often dated and incorrect. Client questions are not easily answered, and management likes to blame the entry level workers below them. The work environment is also very fake woke. Big girl boss vibes. I genuinely feel bad for the clients because they are trying to do good work and we cannot provide real answers for their issues. There's also no room for growth. I think part of the turnover issue is that the company wants management to target older staff and replace them with cheaper new hires. I also find it incredibly gross when Bonterra exploits national disasters for advertising.
