No focus on employee development, very unprofessional descirption of job role. No clarity on projects, you're just thrown to the wolves and expected to figure it out on your own. The company is still nascent and trying to figure itself out. Unclear instructions and expectations. Benefits were, in my experience, the worst from all the companies I have worked at.
