Depending on your department, you may feel alienated from the other departments and other people in the company. The only teams that have room for upward growth are programmers and project managers. Most other positions (except management) don't have options to move up.
Training is not supplied to employees unless asked for repeatedly. Some positions don't seem to be able to get any training even if they want it though.
Though many of the positions are paid well (project managers, developers, managers), some positions are underpaid in the company. But considering the benefits supplied, it may still be considered and improvement over other companies.
Sometimes the company feels like a bit of a "boys club" where you kind of need to get into the "club" to be noticed or respected, but for the most part if you work hard you will be noticed.
