Pros
Not that much pressure. The overall stress is not that much that a software developer usually suffers from. The work culture is OK with the office premises being one of the best.
Cons
Low paying organization, very low salary when compared to the same vertical in other companies. There is no long-sighted vision of this company, taking the number 1 spot for granted in asia, not much time remaining before it is surpassed by a big fish.
