Top Heavy Organization with Questionable Middle Management - Content Manager NIIT Limited Employee Review

This is a generally listless organization with a relatively simple business plan; to outsource labor to the global south from the global north at bottom dollar. Symptomatic of a large issue in the growth economy, these practices are unsustainable and lead to poor resource management, unqualified middle management, and a top heavy leadership core which downsizes aggressively in poor markets. Leaving for a people over profit organization was one of the best decision of my life, just wish I would have done it 5 years ago.
