Pros
- Work life balance - Lovely culture, friendly culture, inclusive - Freedom to work at own pace, but dependent on department - Freedom to voice out concerns, HR takes issues seriously - Benefits are considered pretty good
Cons
- So many restructuring and organizational change since I joined that it demoralizes a little - Promotions are hard to come by unless there is restructuring or you apply for a move to new internal role - Management recently cut down on WFH days (4 office, 1 WFH) and removed Wellness Week and Work From Anywhere (4 weeks), which was a huge disappointment for all employees.
