Pros
Sweet clothes and shoes Laid back coworkers Very helpful back office Nice office infrastructure Good benefits (ie company car, decent lunch, good rebates on product)
Cons
No training No feedback from top OR middle management during first 4 months Senior management seems to know your performance only from what they hear from other KAMs, not from what they see themselves (only 30 employees). The feedback (and your future at the company) seems to be based on whether employees take a liking to you or not. Salary is far from competitive if you have an education Internal back-stabbing and senior employees seem to watch well who they talk to and socialize with Most senior KAMs are not helpful Consistent computer problems and limited access to systems during my entire employment
