      Athlete worship gets old My organization was "matrixed" which is Latin for "No one knows what is going on" Meetings from 8:00AM to 5:00PM People work from meetings (not paying attention) Executive worship/fear/intimidation

      Pros

      Good work life balance most of the time. Well being was a focus for a while until recently. Good to work for a company with a focus on sports and being active.

      Cons

      Most recent leadership was terrible. There was no more estimation of work like you'd do with an agile development team. Leaders would give you a task and tell you when they wanted it done, no room for any questions or excuses.
