HR doesn’t practice what it advises the business regarding how to lead, competitive hiring, no favoritism, hiring the most qualified person. CHRO is walking a fine line of reverse discrimination and ageism. Such a toxic and political function that prevents great HR from happening. I hope John sniffs this out and cleans it up!
