Pros
The people were amazing, but from what I know most of the FTE recruiters/leaders either got canned or left because of a toxic environment. They are trying to focus on Diversity, which is amazing, but Nike TA is doing it all wrong, especially when they hire within their own TA teams. They just want to tick the boxes to help boost their numbers IMO.
Cons
Leadership here is horrible. They make you think they have your back, but they don’t. Pay for a sr level recruiter is garbage. Growth is impossible. Even if you are a contractor I’ve seen it take years for them to convert if you are lucky. As a FTE make sure you are ready to kiss a lot of behind to get to where you want to go.
