      Pros

      I've been at NIO for approximately 6 months and am enjoying my role here. I left my other job at a larger, well known tech company in the Valley because I wanted a change of pace and this has certainly been one. We are able to still move quickly without micro management, and thinking outside of the box is encouraged. One of my favorite parts of the work day is sitting with different teams at lunch and talking about where we are going and where we came from.

      Cons

      They are still working on getting processes in place because the company is growing so fast.

      Pros

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!

      Just like everywhere else, you have your ups and downs.

      Some tasks were repetitive, and the internship period was relatively short.
