      Pros

      The products that one may be assigned to work on can be exciting and rewarding with opportunities to gain a wealth of knowledge.

      Cons

      Left feeling like a number and not a valued member of a larger team. It was due not to the product team that I worked on, but by the way the HR group treated us.

      Pros

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!

      Just like everywhere else, you have your ups and downs.
