      Pros

      None. This place has the backing from china team which is actually doing some work. The strategic decisions are probably the worst in the bay area but is backed well by investors.

      Cons

      Highly dysfunctional leadership team. Very poor hiring strategy. Promotions are highly cronyism based and mainly for those who can talk/butter the management well.. Dont see this place succeeding at all.. May be the chinese company but definitely not this office..

      Pros

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!

      Just like everywhere else, you have your ups and downs.

      Supportive team and a good chance to learn about the industry and daily workflow.

      Cons

      Some tasks were repetitive, and the internship period was relatively short.
