      Pros

      The interview process is Silicon Valley mainstream - methodical and reasonable. Expected interview behaviors and questionnaires which are relevant and professional. The entire interview to hire process was complete in reasonable time, unlike most other tech companies in the valley. The recruiter - Geno did a good job of coordinating with the interviewer lineup, benefit negotiation and followed up to get the final necessary approvals.

      Cons

      One of the challenges the company is facing is talent retention.

      Pros

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!

      Just like everywhere else, you have your ups and downs.
