      Pros

      Only startup car company besides Tesla to deliver not one but 2 vehicles into production with a 3rd on the way. Byton, SF Motors, Lucid, Farday Future, Canoe, and even Rivian have not delivered yet . Great roller coaster experience overall, I dont regret it.

      Cons

      The company grew too fast and the market contracted at the same time which put the company in a difficult situation. There will always be cultural difference in a global company and NIO did not escape this.

      Pros

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!

      Just like everywhere else, you have your ups and downs.

      Supportive team and a good chance to learn about the industry and daily workflow.

      Some tasks were repetitive, and the internship period was relatively short.
