Bad leadership, favoritism, insecure leaders make it hard for the talented to survive. Technology is so obsolete, cant close year end or month end as other company in industry can do. They are full of old people, cant think anything innovative and always want to stay at the same level they know. If you are smart and do better than your supervisor, you can be in danger and she or he feel so insecure and want to push you out. This is bad environment for good worker, smart workers. No good people left here. They are all just living day by day and wait to retire.
