Management is clueless and treats workers like kids. Place is open Saturdays and Sundays and I find that unnecessary. They tell you that advancement is possible but that's a lie and I have only had a $0.50 raise since I started there even though I was promised more. They want you to come in during storms and state of emergencies which is part of the job, but for all that they require of you they don't seem to appreciate you and they are not willing to compensate their workers accordingly.
