Pros
It's pretty much impossible to get fired from the company, so if you have a family to support and are looking for a steady reliable paycheck to just do your job and go home, this is the place to be.
Cons
First of all, the pride of being an employee has taken a 180 since the organization has started squeezing us for every cent, while hiring tipple digit airheads to fill made up jobs because they're connected. Salaries have been frozen for the last 7 years, and career advancement is nil, now that they've done away with the old employment metric system with the newer, narrower, system. As employees leave or retire, positions are removed and done away with.
