Pros
At one time it was the best place to work. They had the best benefits, they cared about their employees, balance of life and work meant something, they made their employees feel as part of the team, and the respected the opinions of their employees. Now, that's non-existent. They worship the advice over outside entities over any inside employees. The health benefits have been dwindling and respect of employee opinions is a thing of the past. The Pros are currently at zero.
Cons
Free soup can only go so far. If you're looking to find a job here, run! Flipping burgers will get you more respect than you can hope to earn with NJM. NJM is on the wrong path for sustained success. The line, "Well... That the way upper management wants it.", is the standard mantra throughout. Having a meeting about something is way more important than resolving any issue. The reason, NO ONE wants to make a decision and take responsibility for their actions. I recently took a $9,500 a year cut in salary to get away from this micromanaging hellhole. They give supervisor courses on how to delegate work but do not heed their own teachings. Again, do yourself a favor, look somewhere else for employment.
