Supervisors and managers do less the reg emoloyes and concerned about petty things. You are constantly being watched And supv puts tremendous productivity processure on you which is not needed its a power trip. The company is great. Its the people in supervision who ruin the company and good people end up leaving. And if you tell anyone you are done! You are tblacklisted and will not go anywhere the supv will see to it.
