Pros
Free training is provided, the people are generally nice, work hours are steady.
Cons
I lasted less than a year because what was sold to me by my Recruiter was not reality. She neglected to tell me that I would be treated like a child, would have very little power in making routine decisions, that my supervisor would be there to point out inconsequential mistakes rather than try to help me develop and that most of my co-workers would be unhappy with how they are treated and therefore pretty much miserable most of the time. And although vacation time is provided, it's a task trying to compete with others to actually get the day you want off. I hear that work from home is available but definitely not in my department and I can't understand why.
