Not a lot of consistency ( rules/information/ systems being used/ things to say/ etc) things always changing. Not a lot of communication with employees as a whole about what would make the job easier No clear information on what you have to do to make more money or get promoted Heavy on the Micro management Pay doesn’t match work load A job that gives you the feeling that you should be seen and not heard.
