Pros

Health benefits, 401k, cheap food (not great quality though)

Cons

Where do I start…the company has been on a downward spiral and it feels imminent their best tenured employees are all looking or have already jumped ship. Why? Because upper management has no clue what they’re doing, they have been on a continuous hiring spree for the last 2 yrs yet continue to move around my schedule to fit their “business needs” or make it extremely difficult to take time off unless you request it a year in advance. They claim to have this great culture yet it is very hostile and they micromanage like you are not a grown adult capable of working independently. Lately they’ve been chipping away at what little perks or convenience we had left and work/life balance is nonexistent. Phones are on auto-answer now, so don’t expect to be able to have any small talk with coworkers because you now will need to stare at your screen to watch for unexpected calls to be routed to you at a moment’s notice. Workload is being piled on but no extra pay, they now want us to do several tasks in the same timeframe previously allotted for 1. We are just a number to the company, they are stretching us thin with no regard to our happiness or wellbeing. They boast high reviews on Trust Pilot bc of great customer service yet do not treat us employees the way they expect us to treat customers. Pure hypocrisy.
