Pros

If you work hard and do well you are recognized and rewarded. Our department has great leadership and is very fair to the employees.

Cons

Always construction taking place. It is good that the company continues to grow but it is sometimes frustrating that the elevators, hallways or parking lots are closed off.

Pros

Exceptional support from upper leadership with consistent effort to actually understand frontline workers. For a large hospital it feels like a small town where you really know people. Many rewards for taking care of patients.

Cons

Health insurance has its limitations but that seems to be the norm for hospitals nowadays.

Pros

The doctors are great. Management is retaliatory and unqualified.

Cons

Management and HR are a total joke. Pay is terrible. Do not respect employees, look for any reason to fire people. Care more about revenue than patient care. Care more about having a body than a qualified and dependable worker.
