Full Time Night CNA 11th floor Renal/Tele - CNA NKC Health Employee Review

There was no teamwork. Most of the other night CNAs were rude or lazy. Favoritism was a big factor. I felt like my voice couldn't be heard when I had an issue. Manager, who is still there, was the worst manager I have ever had. She micromanaged the good workers and turned a blind eye to the lazy workers. She was the reason I left the hospital. If you got on her bad side she made it impossible to transfer to another unit or pursue other career opportunities at NKCH. The turn over rate was ridiculous. Constantly understaffed. Patients were not split evenly. Overworked and under appreciated. Manager was rude, does not care about her employees at all.
