Pros

Excellent experience. 10 HSP night shift crew is excellent. They have great team work skills.

Cons

Racist employees. Security harassing nursing staff. If African American or of color. You will get treated differently. From upper authority and security. I’ve witnessed mistreatment of pt due to the color of their skin.

Pros

Exceptional support from upper leadership with consistent effort to actually understand frontline workers. For a large hospital it feels like a small town where you really know people. Many rewards for taking care of patients.

Cons

Health insurance has its limitations but that seems to be the norm for hospitals nowadays.

Pros

The doctors are great. Management is retaliatory and unqualified.

Cons

Management and HR are a total joke. Pay is terrible. Do not respect employees, look for any reason to fire people. Care more about revenue than patient care. Care more about having a body than a qualified and dependable worker.
