This hospital really cares about their employees, co-workers are amazing. Clean, beautiful, and respectful work environment. Great benefits, ample parking, safe and convient location. Nurses given opportunities to be envolved, and are mentored by the best. Team work is amazing everyone is appreciated for their hard work and effort; everyone works equally and expected to perform their job to the best of their ability. Patient satisfaction is very important to staff and taken very seriously.

Slightly behind technologically, but working toward improvements.

Pros

Exceptional support from upper leadership with consistent effort to actually understand frontline workers. For a large hospital it feels like a small town where you really know people. Many rewards for taking care of patients.

Cons

Health insurance has its limitations but that seems to be the norm for hospitals nowadays.

Pros

The doctors are great. Management is retaliatory and unqualified.

Cons

Management and HR are a total joke. Pay is terrible. Do not respect employees, look for any reason to fire people. Care more about revenue than patient care. Care more about having a body than a qualified and dependable worker.
