Pros

Hospital treats employees well and fairly. Always recognizes employees for hard work well done.

Cons

Typical hospital cons such as working weekend, on call, and holiday shifts. They are not a green hospital. Many unitl in the hospital still use paper charting...waste of money and time.

Pros

Exceptional support from upper leadership with consistent effort to actually understand frontline workers. For a large hospital it feels like a small town where you really know people. Many rewards for taking care of patients.

Cons

Health insurance has its limitations but that seems to be the norm for hospitals nowadays.

Pros

The doctors are great. Management is retaliatory and unqualified.

Cons

Management and HR are a total joke. Pay is terrible. Do not respect employees, look for any reason to fire people. Care more about revenue than patient care. Care more about having a body than a qualified and dependable worker.
