Pros

Outstanding professional people to work with. Great training and continuing education. Benefits are nice although they just cut them back some.

Cons

Great company, but like most others they try to get by with bare minimum staffing. The PTO was the best in the area till last year when they basically cut your pto that you have earned in half.

Pros

Exceptional support from upper leadership with consistent effort to actually understand frontline workers. For a large hospital it feels like a small town where you really know people. Many rewards for taking care of patients.

Cons

Health insurance has its limitations but that seems to be the norm for hospitals nowadays.

Pros

The doctors are great. Management is retaliatory and unqualified.

Cons

Management and HR are a total joke. Pay is terrible. Do not respect employees, look for any reason to fire people. Care more about revenue than patient care. Care more about having a body than a qualified and dependable worker.
