The benefits were good. Management very fair. On site cafe and child care. Starbucks.

Cons

We were often short staffed through the entire hospital. Made it challenging to provide the best care.

Pros

Exceptional support from upper leadership with consistent effort to actually understand frontline workers. For a large hospital it feels like a small town where you really know people. Many rewards for taking care of patients.

Cons

Health insurance has its limitations but that seems to be the norm for hospitals nowadays.

Pros

The doctors are great. Management is retaliatory and unqualified.

Cons

Management and HR are a total joke. Pay is terrible. Do not respect employees, look for any reason to fire people. Care more about revenue than patient care. Care more about having a body than a qualified and dependable worker.
