Pros
Great clients and lots of opportunity for a variety of professional experience. Dept Head is very knowledgeable, helpful and assists actively in your professional growth. If you are pro active, there is plenty to keep your interested.
Cons
Department is small and could use more staff. If you are lazy or not too bright....there is no place to hide.
