Depressing and miserable - Executive Assistant NKSFB Employee Review

Poor management, HR is incompetent. Some of the partners are terrible to work for and will yell at you and treat you badly. Lots of favoritism and nepotism. Some employees get away with murder because of who they know in the company. Others will lose their job for no good reason. They also lie about what they pay for certain positions so they can pay you less. LOTS of turnover with both accountants/executives and assistants. Depressing environment where everyone is miserable. The part of the office the clients see is nice, but where the employees are is bleak.
