The fellow assistants are very friendly and are more than willing to help newcomers, despite a super full workload

Cons

Very little training besides showing hours long tutorials, nothing hands-on that would be beneficial to the actual new hire. Supervisors often can be misleading with guidance and resort to frustration as a result.
