Pros
Interesting dynamics, assigned diverse Clientele.
Cons
A company with quite visible nepotism within owners and management who show obvious favoritism of a mere small group of employees and related members of family. Partners who do not care to acknowledge great long-term employees when they encounter them. Mickey is quite a character who protects his son, Matt, and brothers at all costs managing to belittle, bully and to constantly threaten employees (via emails) with withholding payroll for not entering time on his desired deadlines. Shelly, who is constantly found sleeping in his office, ordering personal merch online or reading some type of newspaper, HR department is a disaster, it is really there to cater to main partner of firm, merely there to protect their own interests, constantly bullying employees, ensuring they harass and belittle everyone who approaches them for assistance or attempts to trust them with reporting harassment and/or maltreatment. A company who’s created so many “employee titles” and levels it’s hard to keep track and ridiculous pay scales just to justify their lack of management skills and ego to further avoid placing the right candidates with competitive pay. Impossible to have work-life balance. Firm over loads and overworks their employees making it impossible to meet their own expectations and deadlines.
