Unless you have someone who leaves the company, you’ll never advance as an AAE. You’ll be forced eventually into doing staff accountant level work without being paid at the same rate as a staff accountant. The culture here is still just as nasty as day one. They’ll easily yell at you for mistakes or stress involving the clients. You’re just a punching bag forced to do the brunt of the bookkeeping while your manager yells at you for no discernible reason.
