3yWe, like all of our fellow manufacturers/companies, have seen a higher turnover in the last two years. Although this is not what we wish for, we certainly understand that some have found new careers that meet their needs elsewhere in this unprecedented labor market. As we are constantly looking at our Human Resource programs, we have adopted many progressive measures to further engage and retain our great employees including taking pulse surveys to hear from them at a greater level, implementing rewards for ideas to improve our company, instituting a recognition system for years of service and most recently increasing our salary vacation policy to start with three weeks of vacation and progress to five weeks. We feel we have a great workforce and team here at NLMK and are looking forward to a bright future.
