2 weeks on/2 weeks off (Off half the year) You can live anywhere. They pay flight from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay. Good pay, good people, good place to work.

Cons

Half the year is away from family. Extreme winter environment. Storms cancel flights and you have to be flexible.

Great benefits, I love that they cover my flight from Anchorage, flying into work is a pretty neat experience. The people I work with are amazing. You can really get a head in life with the kind of money you make up here. Grateful for this opportunity. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Cons

None to speak of honestly, it takes a little getting use to if you have never worked a 12 hour shift but I adjusted over a week or so now it’s easy. Get some good quality brooks shoes and you’ll be fine. 🫶🏼
