      Still offering hybrid 2 days from home after a period of time. Benefits are good.

      Pay is lower compared to other companies. Depending on business segment, upper management can run it like an old school men's club, where it's still OK to talk down to women and be biased towards men.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
