      Coworkers and global presence makes the work experience great with the globe as a potential work place

      Cons

      Nothing really changes. Moving up in a role doesn't happen. The only thing that happens that the top 3-5 people in the company just change titles. They are doing very well and no one else gets to move up. It is clearly only about the top 3-5 people.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
