      Relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, no accountability.

      Cons

      Mediocre salary, little chance for development, there is a core of people who have been there forever and are not going anywhere. If they don't like you for some arbitrary reason your career will go nowhere. The structure is like an upside pyramid with more management than frontline workers.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
