      Pros

      The company is great in good markets and everyone is open to new ideas and better processes. Also, training is a non-issue, take what you need when you need it.

      Cons

      When market is down, the investments is forgotten about. You expect a company of this size to consider more than just the bottom line.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
