Pros
Excellent starter position right out of college. Good employee professional development. They encourage you to grow at your own pace and choose a direction for your career. Good work/life balance. Family feel with ideal work environment for slackers and those with a GED only.
Cons
Terribly low-pay. Not a high-performing work culture. Pay does NOT commensurate with degree. Anything above a bachelor's is not welcome. Look elsewhere. Too many 'NOV' at every street corner - sharing one name with completely different operations. Expect changing over 3 managers in your first year at NOV. Layoffs continues till the market gets better.
