      Pros

      The people. You are treated like a person and not just a cog to get work done. They want you to have a life outside of teh office.

      Cons

      Compensation... we are not one of the best paying companies out there however, if quality of life is important to you then NOV is the place to be.

      Pros

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
