      Some of the things that will make it even better include competitive salaries, better organizational structure (below executive level) rather than a flat one

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
