      Easy to gain technical knowledge since there are many resources and trainings. Traveling a lot.

      Cons

      Have to master lots of control systems like SCR, Amphion and Cyberbase. Too many burden. High pressure working environment.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
