      Non-availability of reliable data is a huge downside. Thus, expecting accurate results is not practical. Officials at some facilities do not have enough commitments in the projects.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
