      none other than they will not fire you unless you really screw up big time

      Cons

      the company still gets managed as if it was ICO the pay is horrible try between 8.50 to 9.50 an hour undocumented workers

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
