      Pros

      Overtime opportunities are good when the Oil/Gas drilling cycle is up. Good technical learning opportunity and challenging work environment. Good long term growth of the company.

      Cons

      Middle management is not on the same page with Sr. management on strategic direction. Don't seek input from hourly or lower level salaried employees. Very little training on company culture or strategic plans.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
