      Great work flexibility, great benefits and very friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Very antiquated thought and organizational process. The average age of your coworkers in the organizations is about 45. Leadership in the industry is interested in new ideas, but very scared to test them out. Not a very diverse industry in general.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
